Chef Albert Martínez
Albert began his career in the kitchen as a grill man in a fast food commercial chain in Mexico City. (Chili's), in search of a better quality of life, arrived in Los Cabos in the late 90's and learned about the luxury hospitality industry.
He was instructed by chefs of many nationalities in different types of food from around the world until he became the Executive Chef of a local restaurant group of more than 5 restaurants.
Now he dedicates his life to creating unique and exceptional culinary experiences for customers in San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.
